Transcript Request

Marks from grades 10, 11, and 12 are available through the Saskatchewan Ministry of Education. 

If you are looking for marks from Grade 9, please reach out to your school. 

 

Transcripts that include final marks from January are released in February. 

Transcripts that include final marks from June are released in July.

 

There is a $15 non-refundable "share credit" fee (per recipient) charged by the Saskatchewan Ministry of Education. The share credit allows the individual to view their transcript and/or share it with an education organization or third party. Individuals will be able to view their shared transcripts until any changes are made. After changes are made, to view the updated transcripts, a new share credit will need to be purchased. 

Transcripts are available to anyone who has completed a Saskatchewan high school course. 

Transcripts are available online through the Saskatchewan Ministry of Education - click the button at the bottom of this page. 

High school transcripts are accessed through the MyCreds Learner Portal. 

 

Documents shared through MyCreds are sent directly from the Saskatchewan Ministry of Education and are tamper-evident and cryptographically signed, making them authentic and official. 

 

To access your transcript, you will first need to fill out the Request for High School Transcripts. The information you provide will be used to search for your transcript record. If your record is located, it will be securely transmitted to MyCreds, and you will receive an email from MyCreds indicating there is a document (transcript) available. Follow the link in that email to register your account with MyCreds. You will need to buy a "share credit" to view and/or share your transcript. 

 

If no record is found or cannot be verified, you will be contacted by Student and Educator Services via the email address you provided with more information.
