On October 17, 2024, Spruce Ridge School hosted an Indigenous Learning Day. Westview and Hillcrest schools were also invited to the Indigenous Learning Day.

The students have been hard at work learning lines, memorizing songs and choreography, painting sets and creating props. By the end of the show, they’ll have you singing along and dancing in your seats!

Generous donations from Moosomin Pharmasave and Borderland Co-op and the dedicated work of Lana McCormac (Pre-K Teacher) and Deena Offet (Speech and Language Pathologist) have made it possible to design and install communication boards at the MacLeod Elementary School playground!

What a fantastic achievement for Kerr! Congratulations on winning first place at the SECPSD District Golf Championship at Golf Kenosee on September 18. Kerr went on to compete at the SHSAA Provincial Championship at Northern Meadows Golf Club the following weekend, and finished with a top 10 finish! We are so proud of you, Kerr!
