South East Cornerstone Public School Division #209 Home

It was a blast hosting the LIVE Arts broadcast crew on October 22nd & 23rd at GRS! The featured artist in October was Marie Powell, an amazing literary artist from Regina. She shared her incredible writing talents with our K-8 students, as the sessions were broadcasted to other classrooms who registered from all over Saskatchewan. Marie, and her many books, inspired our students to make their characters come off the page and showed how they too could publish their own books one day. It was so fun to also interact with the LIVE Arts host Dash and technician Rob, who brought the “behind the scenes” look at this amazing SK Art program right into our classroom.
