It is hard to say if March is coming in like a lion or a lamb as our weather is changing daily. Bring on the warmth and the sun!
This month our school is abuzz with presentations and performances. As a follow-up to Pink Day (anti-bullying), we are pleased to announce that the Division has organized three presentations for our students. On March 7, grades 5-11 will be participating in a livestream presentation called "Bullying Ends Here". On March 15 our grades 3-5 students will be entertained by a puppet show entitled "Kids on the Block". A Cyber Safety presentation, "Before You Hit Send" for grades 4-12 will take place on April 9th. More information will follow regarding this performance.
We hope that you join us in supporting our drama students as they fundraise and perform their production of "Coop Dreams".
Just as basketball is winding down our badminton teams are starting to practice. We hope you are able to get out and watch some matches.
Our school science fair is on March 14 and we hope you stop by to view all of the projects. We will be selecting projects to send to the regional fair which will be held on March 28.
Thank you to everyone that provided breakfast during the month of February and to our SCC who provided pink cupcakes on Pink Day.
