Connect Group for Families

Student mental health is important for learning and overall wellness. Families play a primary role, to support the mental health of their children, and to prevent and identify mental health problems that might occur. Families need both information to help identify problems early, and resources so they can intervene before mental health problems begin to affect daily life. In Partnership with Mental Health Child & Youth Services, SECPSD is pleased to present CONNECT: What Families Want to Know. In this parent information series, we’ll meet with mental health experts around South East Saskatchewan and discuss a variety of topics related to student mental health.  We’ll learn about services available to families in SECPSD and explore ways that families can promote mental wellness at home. We look forward to learning with you, and the opportunity to connect!
