Our core services include employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, recruitment and staffing, organizational and employee development, HR information management and regulatory compliance along with change and risk management as it relates to staff.
We focus our efforts on the Department's most valuable asset, its employees. Our values of customer service, continuous improvement, teamwork, and achieving results are woven into every aspect of employee services. Those services are designed to attract, develop, motivate and retain a diverse workforce within a supportive work environment in an efficient and cost-effective manner. To achieve this, the Employee Services Department works with Managers, Administrators, their teams and individual employees to create a work environment of employee empowerment and involvement.
